Cancellation/Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate. However, as our experiences involve limited spots and advance planning, the following cancellation policy applies:
Cancellation timeline
  • Within 2 weeks of the retreat: No refunds.
  • 1 month before the retreat: 50% refund.
  • 2 months before the retreat: 75% refund.
  • 3 months or more before the retreat: Full refund.
Important notes
  • All cancellations must be communicated via email at therestedhuman@gmail.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
  • In case of event cancellation from our side (for reasons like natural calamities, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a 100% refund, including the deposit.
Transfers & substitutions
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Please notify us at least two weeks before the retreat start date so we can update our records accordingly.
